Sugar challenges the 15 remaining candidates to create and pitch a new mobile phone app, but the girls' team struggle to work together for project manager Agbarha.
Speaking about her leadership role early on, Agbarha admits: "As a manager, for me it's very much about being tough. I don't suffer fools gladly."
She clashes with Ma initially over the 21-year-old's concept, dismissing it out of hand. "I think Susan's style is to really talk a lot and to really explain and to have the limelight, otherwise she will sulk. If you don't like the way that I do things then you need to get out of my team," comments the 36-year-old business psychologist.

The girls eventually settle for 'Ampi Apps', which will make random noises for practical jokes. However, Argbarha struggles in the major pitch and Karren Brady fears for Team Venture's chances in the boardroom.
"Edna was given an ideal opportunity to address 500 people and tell them all about the app. She didn't explain how to download it, she did not use her time well enough, [she] really wasted a great opportunity," says Brady.
However, the boys' Team Logic also run into problems with their 'Slangatang' app as Vincent Disneur stumbles through a pitch.
Lord Sugar's aide Nick Hewer believes that teammate Jim Eastwood does enough to save Disneur from embarrassment though. "Jim is in charge when things go wrong. When Vincent dried up, who's in there? Jim's in there," says Hewer.
