The former Apprentice candidate had been rumoured to be travelling the world and trying to blag jobs for the show.
However, he has since told Digital Spy: "Don't believe everything you read! It's just as much news to me as to you.
"One day there's got to be a Stuart Baggs show. No confirmed plans for anything yet though."
Baggs, who famously referred to himself as 'The Brand' on The Apprentice, was said to have impressed producers during his stint on Celebrity Five Go To..., despite being voted off the show first.
Lord Alan Sugar recently stated that Baggs that been "seduced by some second-rate TV channel", adding: "I warned him that he'll just be the target of people who want him to make a fool of himself."
