By
Lord Alan Sugar from The Apprentice

Lord Sugar's firing finger can be rested for another year, because it's now time for him to start hiring (or investing £250,000 in someone's business, but that's less catchy). Tom Pellereau, Jim Eastwood, Helen Milligan and Susan Ma will battle it out on Sunday for the title of Apprentice 2011 champion. The only obstacles in their place? Lord Sugar's dreaded interview team, featuring the unforgiving terrible twosome of Claude Littner and Margaret Mountford. Keep reading for Digital Spy's profiles of the Final Four.

Jim Eastwood from 'The Apprentice'
Name: Jim Eastwood
Best Moment: "Swallowing the Blarney Stone" and impressing Nick Hewer with his sales patter on the reinvestment wholesale task. His 800,000 sale of Special Stars to ASDA should not be sniffed at either.
Worst Moment: Everything to do with 'Hip Replacement' and 'Everydog'.
Best Quote: "I'm not a show pony, or a one-tricky pony. I'm not a jack-ass or a stubborn mule, and I'm definitely not a wild stallion that needs to be tamed. I am the champion thoroughbred that this process requires."
Our verdict: 'Jedi' Jim will probably get the viewers' vote, but even with his best brainwashing skills in the interviews, surely Lord Sugar won't fall for this Irishman's charm.

Susan Ma from 'The Apprentice'
Name: Susan Ma
Best Moment: She has won both tasks that she PM-ed and her "mouse that roared" speech was admirable.
Worst Moment: The whole French debacle was pretty embarrassing, but her blunders in the beauty task (her own industry) were more important.
Best Quote: "Do the French go camping? Are the French very fond of their children? Do a lot of people drive in France?"
Our verdict: How Susan managed to work her way into the final remains a mystery. There's more chance of Stuart Baggs becoming the next apprentice.

Tom Pellereau from 'The Apprentice'
Name: Tom Pellereau
Best Moment: Has had many great ideas and moments of clarity, but too often they have been late or not voiced loud enough. His nodding dogs sales showed his mettle and a different side to him.
Worst Moment: His dressing down from Lord Sugar about his frequent "nodding".
Best Quote: "It's an emergency biscuit. An Emer-Crunchie..."
Our verdict: A definite dark horse. His trump card could be his business idea. Will he have an invention that catches Lord Sugar's eye?

Helen Milligan from 'The Apprentice'
Name: Helen Milligan
Best Moment: Too many to mention, but her €214,000 deal with La Redoute is worthy of some kudos.
Worst Moment: Everything on the wholesale task, including taking part in the pound-shop catastrophe.
Best Quote: "I see my job as my complete life. I work 24/7. There isn't a cut off."
Our verdict: You'd be a mug to bet against her, but will she have the "balls" that Lord Sugar really wants when it comes down to the final decision?
