'Young Apprentice' Episode 3 preview: Flower arranging - video

Lord Sugar's third task for the Young Apprentice candidates involves them attempting to tap into the £1.5 billion floristry business by making, selling and pitching their own flower arrangements.

Sugar picks Lizzie Magee and Hannah Richards to lead the two teams after a shake-up of the lineups and they are both given £800 of stock as a starting point.

Watch Harry Maxwell's attempts at flower arranging below:

Lizzie's "I'm wearing the trousers" approach to project management causes discontent on Team Kinetic when she selects Harry Hitchens and James McCullagh to do the pitching, annoying Haya, who thinks the boys lack passion.

The pitches include major mishaps for both teams with Lewis Roman's phone going off frequently in a meeting with Daniel Galvin, while Harry and James end up hanging up the phone on PM Lizzie when she takes too long over quotes.

McCullagh runs into trouble with the rest of Team Atomic again when it comes to the sales of their flowers, insisting that they are not aiming high enough with their prices.

"In our lessons we were informed that florists sometimes triple the prices. At the end of the day we're doubling our prices and this will transpire tomorrow in the boardroom," he says.

The Apprentice airs tonight at 9pm on BBC One.
