Lord Alan Sugar dubbed the hopeful as the "right man with the wrong plan" after his business idea for an online estate agency had too many flaws.
Clough - who was one of the most successful candidates throughout the competition - reached the final five stage of the BBC series.
However, property website Rightmove has now arranged an interview with Clough in order for him to learn more about their business.
Commercial director Miles Shipside said: "He may have fallen at the interview hurdle on The Apprentice but Neil is welcome to call me."
Lord Sugar told Clough he was "bitterly disappointed" with his business plan. "I would give you a job tomorrow but going into business, I'm afraid not... you're fired."
Leah Totton was crowned winner of The Apprentice last night (July 17) over Luisa Zissman, after Lord Sugar decided to go with her proposal of a new cosmetic clinic.
