Former Apprentice star Tre Azam has criticised this year's candidates for spending more time on "backstabbing" than business.
Azam, who finished fourth on last year's series, advised the hopefuls to hide their "weaselly dark sides" if they want to last the duration on the BBC One reality show.
"I've always said, in The Apprentice the secret is to work as a team early on and then separate yourself," he told DS.
