After Sir Alan makes Lucinda and Claire team leaders, he reveals to the contestants that their task is to market their own ice cream flavours to London businesses.
Lucinda's team instantly doubts her credentials as a project manager. Helene comments: "Everybody thinks Lucinda is a bit eccentric, a bit of a fruitcake, and the reality of it is we've seen four tasks now where she has been so lazy."
However, the risk assessment manager is confident of her own abilities, saying: "I don't believe you need to be a bitch in business to succeed. Project managers are there to facilitate teams, not to dictate.
"Working together and having fun brings outstanding results."
When Lucinda attempts to mix up her sales teams, she is greeted by silence from her teammates.
Afterwards Lindi comments: "As a group we've worked so well together, we've built up a rapport and I think it would be a shame to ruin that by changing the dynamic of the group."
The Apprentice airs tonight on BBC One at 9pm.
