Maguire, 27, admitted that she made mistakes during this week's challenge, but argued that Michael's lack of morals made him a worse candidate for Sir Alan's £100,000 job.
She told DS: "I think I would have been a better candidate to keep in the competition on the whole over Michael.
"It was brought up in the boardroom that he's a bit of a sh*t and I didn't think that was addressed by Sir Alan."
The marketing consultant added: "What sort of person would say that they would shaft absolutely anybody, including their own mother, to get a job?
"When somebody openly admits that, you've got to ask, 'What kind of of person are you?'. It's one thing being a business person, but it's another losing all your morals to become that.
"But I think it will all unravel and hopefully Sir Alan will see that. He's a showman and I don't rate him as a candidate whatsoever."
