'Apprentice' star Raef was average at school

Robert Turnbull, who was Raef's housemaster at Haileybury School in Hertfordshire, admitted that he would be surprised if Sir Alan Sugar decides to hire the budding entrepreneur.
Raef attended the private school between 1994 and 1999. Though he has claimed that he was a school captain, Turnbull has insisted that he failed to stand out from classmates.
"He was generally quite unremarkable as a pupil. He was a middle-of-the-road kid," Turnbull told the Daily Star Sunday. "I looked up his exam results and they were average. He was a bit of a rugby player but not a great rugby player.
"Generally speaking, he didn't strike too many headlines. He was certainly not a prefect. School captain is not a term that we use. He might have been captain of something I suppose but I'm hard-pressed to remember at what. Would I be surprised if he won The Apprentice? Yes, I probably would."
Jenny Celerier and Jennifer Maguire became the latest candidates to be fired on Wednesday night.
