'Apprentice' Lucinda reveals Bond snub
Published Thursday, Jun 5 2008, 10:30 BST | By Alex Fletcher

The 31-year-old risk manager confessed that she turned down the opportunity to play a stunt double in the spy franchise when she was at university.
"When I was younger I did a lot of scuba diving," she told DS. "So when I was at university in my last year, when I must have been 21 or 22, I was contacted to see whether I would be a stunt double in James Bond.
"I declined it because I was in my final year and wanted to continue my education."
Ledgerwood added: "All you would have seen was my bottom floating past! It's not nearly that glamorous.
"You'd have just seen this little mask going backwards and forwards and it would have taken a fair amount of diving."
