Ralf Little: 'I'll be fit for 'The Match''

Ralf Little revealed that he is making good progress in his bid to overcome his ankle injury before facing The Legends in two days' time.

Speaking to Digital Spy this morning, Little said: "It's a lot better than it has been. I can walk properly. Hopefully I'll get out for a bit of light jogging today, kick some balls tomorrow and I'll be fine for Sunday.

"I've not waited a whole year to do this and then hobble around like some sort of wimp. That is, of course, assuming I make it through The Bench tonight."

Manager Graham Taylor then explained that any player who misses two consecutive training days through injury is automatically put on The Bench - where they rely on player and public votes to stay in the squad. Little's injury occurred on Tuesday morning when he was tackled by former So Solid Crew star Harvey.
