'So You Think You Can Dance' slumps to 3.8m

Having premiered with 4.9m viewers last week, the second auditions show was seen by a modest 3.81m (20.7%) at the earlier time of 6.30pm, a steep decline of 1.1m.
Over on ITV1, a Harry Hill's TV Burp compilation took 3.29m (18.3%) at 6.45pm and 208k on +1, after which 3.95m (19.6%) watched Ant & Dec's Push The Button alongside a further 169k on timeshift.
Meanwhile, The National Lottery: Secret Fortune attracted 4.37m (21.2%) to BBC One at 7.30pm, then Casualty pulled in 5.41m (24.1%) at 8.25pm for an episode titled 'Just Because You're Paranoid', the most-watched broadcast of the evening.
A Who Wants to be a Millionaire? Mothers' Day special entertained 4.8m (21.7%) between 8.30pm and 10pm and 206k on ITV1 +1, eclipsing the last half of a Live at the Apollo repeat on BBC One, which grabbed 3.06m (14.5%).
Elsewhere, there were mixed fortunes for BBC Two, as a rerun of one-off documentary Edward VII: Prince of Pleasure interested 2.11m (9.6%) at 8pm, while Goldie's Band: By Royal Appointment sunk to 595k (2.8%) in the 9pm hour.
Channel 4's screening of The Transporter 2 appealed to 1.6m (6.9%) between 9pm and 10.30pm and 180k on +1, while CSI: NY and CSI: Miami notched up 1.91m (9.2%) and 1.06m (6.1%) respectively for Channel 5.
Despite averaging just 20.9%, BBC One regained its primetime lead over ITV1, which had 17.7% (+1: 0.9%), after being on the backfoot for ten days. BBC Two finished third with 7.1%, followed by Channel 5 with 5.8%, and Channel 4 with 5.2% (+1: 0.9%).
