Preview: Hustle is back!

Hustle's long-awaited fifth series finally begins this Thursday and believe me, it's worth the wait.
Mickey Bricks is back on the scene after a stint in Australia trying to sell the Sydney Opera House. Returning to London, he finds that the old team has disbanded - Danny and Stacie are off on a long con in America, Three Socks is conning city boys and Albert is in the nick after a "slight misunderstanding" at a casino.
Incarcerated he may be, but Albert's still working. When Mickey visits he gives him a new mark, Sara Naismith, a ruthless developer who's starting to dabble in the stock market. So, with the help of Ash and Eddie, Mickey sets about a new long con.
It won't have escaped your notice that the gang's number is somewhat depleted - but by the end of the first episode, through some very clever twists, we'll have two brand new members on the team. I've been lucky enough to see the first few episodes of the new run already and can promise you they fit in very well!

Brillant, brillant, brillant - cannot wait until Thursday night. One question though Neil - any idea how long the series is? Is it the usual six episodes that we're used to with Hustle or are we getting a bit more this time round?

Aboulately fantastic these first few minutes of the new series , classic steals but shot in a superb way. I am really excited to be watching it today. Simply without Micky Bricks they would be no show so hopefully they will continue making many more in the future.
