McLarnon: I cried on 'Celeb Masterchef'

Liz McLarnon has revealed that she took part in Celebirty Masterchef despite not being able to cook.

The ex-Atomic Kitten singer claimed that she is a food fanatic but said that did not help her when it came to working in the kitchen.

She said: "I have a passion for food and eating and I'm a massive fan of the show, which is why I did it, but I really can't cook.

"I was totally behind everyone else. I made of hash of mashed potatoes."

McLarnon added that judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace reduced her to tears.

"The show's full of tears which are basically all mine," she confessed.

"Gregg did pick me apart. Obviously I would try and go off by myself when things got to me. But on a reality show they follow you with the cameras so there's not much you can do."

Celebrity Masterchef begins tomorrow at 8pm on BBC One.
