Dale Williams, Larkin Cen and Natalie Coleman are heading through to the final stages of the competition and are within a whisker of being crowned the best amateur chef in the country.
Digital Spy met up with the lucky trio earlier this week to find out what food they love, what food they hate and discover their secret foodie guilty pleasures.
What has been your MasterChef highlight?
Dale "The highlight for me was the showstepper round when it went from the seven of us to the final four. Up to then it had been classic food from me, pretty plates and intricate. I showed a different side with the chicken burger. When I watched it back I thought, 'What was I thinking?!' But it worked for me."
Larkin "Doing the paella dish. I came up with the idea coming back on the train from the last round. It was really challenging to do, I built it up over time and I was just thrilled that it worked."
Natalie "My highlight was the showstopper dish when I made John cry. A lot was riding on that dish. And it's not something you cook every day, pigeon. That was something I'd never worked with before."
What is your food guilty pleasure?
Dale "Pasta really. Pasta is my vice. I have pasta a couple of nights a week. I don't always have the energy to have fancy food. I always have dried pasta in my cupboards."
Larkin "I love southern fried chicken. Dirty southern fried chicken. I had some last week. My favourite is the variety meal. The side order of gravy as well. This completely glutinous, fatty meal."
Natalie "I could live off sandwiches. I like pork scratchings. Oh, and I love Haribo sweets."
What is your food pet hate?
Dale "There isn't really anything that I don't like. I'm not fussy. If anything, I don't like having the same thing twice. I always want to try new foods and flavours."
Larkin "I eat literally anything. I will shovel anything down. Anything. Have you had chicken feet before? I love them. That's another guilty pleasure for you."
Natalie "I don't like chillies and I can't stand celery. It's the devil's food. Also, really greasy food. A greasy Chinese takeaway. That always makes me feel sick."
If you could cook one final meal for yourself what would it be?
Dale "Pork belly. Something along the lines of roasted pork belly, crispy crackling and some really spicy Boston baked beans."
Larkin "I'll make beef brisket. Some noodles and a funky ramen with it."
Natalie "A Sunday roast. It is the ultimate dinner. It's my favourite dinner in all the world."
MasterChef: The Final Three airs on Tuesday, April 28 at 9pm on BBC One. It continues on Wednesday and Thursday at 9pm.
