Congratulations girls on making it to the final. Could any of you have imagined all those weeks ago that you'd make it here?
Anita: "No, not at all. When I first auditioned my mum actually said to me, 'Maybe don't bother'. She didn't want me to get let down. But I was like, 'I've got to give it a go because if I don't I'll be kicking myself'. I still now can't believe that out of all those people I got down to the final 20. [My mum] didn't say it in a horrible way, she just didn't want me to get hurt or anything. She said, 'I'm so glad you did, as usual, what I told you not to do'."
Letitia: "I actually wasn't going to audition at one point. I was quite unsure about what they would want and going into it I was unsure about whether I would get into the final 20, let alone the final three. I tried really hard and it all worked out."
Emma: "For me I didn't expect it at all. I just tried to take it step by step and get through each stage as it came".

What made you want to try out for Next Top Model in the first place?
Letitia: "I've always been a big fan of the show and I was told when I was younger to audition and it just kind of stuck in my mind."
Emma: "I thought about auditioning and I was on the bus reading [a paper] and [it] fell open on the page with the advert [for Next Top Model] on. I was not going to be 18 in time [for that series] so I [couldn't] audition... but once auditions came round again, I didn't want to go through another year of watching it and thinking I could have been on that."

Being on Next Top Model you have been able to do some amazing things and meet some amazing people, what was your favourite part of the experience?
Anita: "I would probably say my highlight of the whole thing was just the places we've been - Dubai, Canada, Paris. I'll never in my life become really famous [and travel], so just to say that I've been to these places in the way that I have been is great."
Emma: "I absolutely enjoyed every minute of being in the show and the whole experience was incredible, but just at the start when Elle announced we were going to Dubai it suddenly hit me that this was real and this was happening."

Anita, I'm guessing being on top of the CN Tower was not one of your best moments though.
Anita: "My God. It makes me feel sick."

This year seemed to be unusually drama-free and you all seemed to get along surprisingly well. Were you expecting there to be a bit more bitching and fighting than there was?
Anita: "We all did bicker, but because you're living so close to these people for three months you become like sisters, you just get over it straight away. There's no point holding a grudge against anyone. I kind of went into it thinking there probably would be dramas, but I knew it wouldn't affect my time there. I'd still enjoy it no matter what."
Letitia: "I completely agree with Anita, I was slightly expecting [drama]. I live in a house full of girls and arguments happen. There was some bitching, but there was actually a lot less than I thought. If we had an argument it was resolved within one day."

Well, one girl that seemed to cause a bit of trouble was Maddie and when we spoke to her she did actually call Letitia a "psychopath" - what are your thoughts on her?
Anita and Emma: [Laugh]
Letitia: "Um... she's allowed her opinion. At least I know I'm not psychotic."

Anita, much has been made of the fact that you've grown and strengthened throughout the competition. Would you agree with that?
Anita: "Yeah, definitely. But I knew I could do it, I just needed the right guidance and someone telling me what I was doing wrong. I'm really glad that I've proved a lot of people wrong... and I can be a really successful model."

You must be feeling quietly confident going into the final after winning the last two pictures of the week.
Anita: "Definitely. At the moment I feel like I'm at the top of my game. This is the best place in the whole competition to be getting picture of the week, so I do feel quietly confident, but then I also know that anything can change the judges' minds. Lisa going last week was a complete shock, she was the frontrunner the whole time. Just one little thing can go wrong and change the judges' minds."

Letitia, you've had a bit of a bumpy ride too having been in the bottom two a few times and never winning picture of the week - do you think you're still a contender?
Letitia: "Yeah, definitely. I think not having picture of the week isn't an issue really. There have been previous winners that haven't had picture of the week. I think things have been bumpy, but overall everyone's road has been bumpy. You go into a competition where you're kept away from your family, you're stuck in a house with girls you've only just met, you're constantly travelling and doing photo shoots every single day... the pressure is immense. I don't think when I have had bad photo shoots they've been really bad. I feel like I definitely am still a contender. I feel like I've got what it takes to win it and I'm going to prove it."

Emma, would you agree with what the judges have been saying about you maybe being too quiet and understated in person?
Emma: "I disagree with that. I do think on the show I've come across as quieter than some girls because I haven't got involved in any bitching and got on in the task in hand. But I went in there to prove myself as a model, not prove myself as a person. I've never been known to be quiet, bland and boring, so I suppose they haven't portrayed me as I actually am. I'm not happy really."

Last thing, can you each say why you should be Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model over the other two? What do you have that they don't?
Anita: "I think that the reason I should win is because I don't ever let anything get me down. I've got back up and tried again. I think out of everyone I've improved the most and I've proved that someone who hasn't had any modelling experience before can come on the show and do really well. I think I've got confident and I really did grow into a model."
Letitia: "I think that I do have that slight edge to be able to do versatile looks, both fashion and commercial. I think that really will help me in the outside world."
Emma: "I feel like I've given 100% to this experience. I've taken it with a professional attitude and I've tried to just be strong the whole time and get through it. I feel like I'm a good model and I'd love to prove to the judges that I have got what it takes. It's been the most amazing experience and I think the icing on the cake now would be to win."

The Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model final airs tonight (October 1) at 9pm on Sky Living
