The 21-year-old Dublin student was eliminated after a shoot with model Yvonne Keating and photographer Barry McCall, where the girls were challenged to pose with falcons.
A second challenge this week included the girls taking on a self-style catwalk challenge under the watchful eye of special guests Julien Miacon, Miss Selfridge's Yasmin Yusuf and model Alek Wek.
Devenne was criticised for being too "nice" by the judges, and in the final elimination room judge Grace Woodward complained: "Nice is okay, but it's not really fashion. It should be boundary breaking and provocative."
"There are more interesting girls in the competition," added Charley Speed.
Tensions increased between the other contestants in the house this week after too many cocktails and the arrival of male models as a treat. The rows and fighting culminated in Anastasijia and Tanya almost coming to blows after a row over who is the most "genuine".
Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model continues on Mondays at 9pm on Sky Living.
