This week's Top Model challenges included interviewing boyband The Wanted to showcase their TV potential and taking part in a ballet photoshoot.
In the judges' elimination room, Holly was criticised for a lack of passion and personality. "You look bored out of your mind every week," said Julien Macdonald.
Grace Woodward criticised her, questioning: "Where is your personality? There is nothing going on behind the eyes."
Elle Macpherson said: "You have to feel some sensuality and sexuality."
Woodman got even heavier criticism from the judges, who were joined this week by guest Henry Holland.
Grace Woodward compared Woodman's ballet shoot to the "Corpse Bride", while Julien Macdonald dubbed her "very awkward" in front of camera.
Elle Macpherson concluded: "I question how more she can do here."
Following her elimination, a tearful Woodman said: "I feel a bit sad, I don't really want to go home."
Higgins added: "It was the best experience ever, I was just proud to get this far. It won't be the end."
Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model continues on Monday nights at 9pm on Sky Living.
