Thompson and Juozapaityte will square up on the catwalk this evening for the title of Next Top Model.
Thompson told Digital Spy that she was "shocked" when she watched Juozapaityte's behind-the-scenes behaviour during the competition.
Last week, Juozapaityte was shown going through Thompson's portfolio of shots, poking fun at her rival's early performances on the programme.

Thompson had won a $2,000 shopping trip on a task earlier in the day and was out spending the cash when the filming with Juste and her portfolio took place.
"I was shocked when Anastasijia and Juste were going through our photos last week, because me and Imogen had been out and bought them presents... silly us," she told Digital Spy.
"I was really shocked. We were out there buying things with our prize money for them and they were just there bitching about us. That's totally up to them, but it's not in my nature."
Speaking about her own approach to the competition, she said: "I think you just have to be yourself. I'm not a bitchy person and I've stayed true to myself throughout the competition.
"I didn't think it was right to be bitchy about people because we're all different anyway."
Special guests on tonight's final include Daisy Lowe and America's Next Top Model star Miss J.
The Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model final airs at 9pm tonight on Sky Living.
