Editor of Company Victoria White said: "I know I say this every year but I think Letitia may be my favourite winner ever!
"She has the rare combination of real girl beauty but with the ability to do edgy editorial too.
"She could not have been more charming on our cover shoot and I wish her well in the industry. Company magazine would definitely shoot with her again."
"I was doing A-levels in physics, maths and further maths," Herod told Company of her life before entering the show.
"I still want to go back to studying but, before that, I'm ridiculously excited about modelling. I'll definitely be keeping my subscription to New Scientist though!"
Of her time on the show, she added: "You never know what the judges are thinking but all of them were lovely to me.
"Tyson was my tower of strength and Elle's honesty is amazing. Whitney was very down to earth and Julien was really knowledgeable on the industry. Elle said she'd call me, so I'm nervous every time my phone rings."
Herod added that her boyfriend was her biggest fan, adding: "I couldn't tell anyone that I'd won apart from him and my family, so when I came home we all went out to celebrate.
"It still feels like a dream! Being away from them during the show was hard as I didn't get to speak to them for the whole time I was in Canada."
Of the day when the Company shoot came, Herod said: "I was put in and the team were so lovely to me.
"The baseball cap one was my favourite, as I'm really into that look. It made me so excited about all of autumn's trends. I'll be getting my friends and family to buy all four covers!"
Letitia Herod is on the cover of November's Company, on sale on October 10.
