The former X Factor star will appear alongside Elle Macpherson and Tyson Beckford on the panel next year, the Sunday Mirror's Dean Piper revealed on Twitter.
Julien Macdonald and Whitney Port will not return for the ninth cycle of Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model. Macdonald wants to focus on his fashion label.
Minogue said: "I am brushing up on my model moves and with my highest platform heels on, I am excited to come face to face with (well, maybe look up to) the glamazons of Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model 2013."
She previously spoke of a desire to return to British TV following her X Factor exit in 2011. It had been rumoured that she could return to the ITV1 singing competition.
This year's series of Sky Living's Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model was won by Letitia Herod.
