The pair have been accused of faking their engagement but Goodger has rejected claims that Wright's proposal was not genuine.
Supposed insiders told Heat that Wright is still romantically entwined with fashion designer Lucy Meek and that the engagement is only being maintained for fame and money.
"They've already filmed the scenes where it's revealed that Mark's still seeing Lucy," a source told the magazine. "Lauren takes off her ring, storms out and tells Lucy she's welcome to love-rat Mark. The whole engagement is off."
However, Wright today denied any suggestion that he and Goodger had broken up.
"Me and lauren have not filmed break up scenes we are happy 2geta just woke up by eachothers sides now (sic)," he wrote on Twitter. "What a load of rubbish people talk."
Wright's ex-girlfriend Kayla Collins, who earlier claimed that Wright had made a mistake in proposing, added to Heat: "I definitely think it's a publicity stunt. It's 100% for the TV show. If the cameras weren't rolling, they wouldn't be together.
"I think he's playing more of a game, and she might be in love with him. Mark knows what he's doing, and if this is going to draw more attention to them, then I'm sure he's all for it... The relationship won't last."
