The beautician is among the stars of the popular ITV2 series which follows the lives of a group of young Essex socialites including Mark Wright, Lauren Goodger and Sam Faiers.
"I'd love to have a crack at a movie," Childs told the Daily Star. "I think making The Only Way Is Essex into a film is a brilliant idea.
"I would definitely love to do it, although I don't think I could be a proper actress."
Revealing her acting ambitions, the 19-year-old added: "I'd love to go to Hollywood though, and if I was offered a film to star in with Danny Dyer I'd say yes. He's nice, a proper Essex boy. I'd give it a go, why not?"
Childs has denied claims that she has landed a record deal, but claimed that she is a "great" rapper and would like to duet with Dizzee Rascal.
The Only Way Is Essex continues tonight at 10pm on ITV2.
