Elen Rivas: 'I don't understand TOWIE'

Elen Rivas has declared that she does not understand the concept of ITV2's The Only Way Is Essex.

Speaking to the Daily Star, the former WAG admitted that she is miffed despite being friends with show star Amy Childs.

"I don't understand The Only Way Is Essex. I asked Amy, 'What the hell is all this about?' It can't be real. It's bonkers. She tried to explain but I still don't get it," Rivas revealed.

Yesterday, it was reported that Childs would be quitting Essex to sign a lucrative contract for her own show.

The Only Way Is Essex continues tonight at 10pm on ITV2.
