The reality star defended the cosmetic surgery she's had after receiving negative comments about her appearance on Twitter.
"I was bullied at school and being on Twitter now is worse," she told Fabulous magazine. "Imagine all your insecurities and 1,000 people saying them to you in the most spiteful way possible. By the end of the first TOWIE episode I was crying over people's tweets.
"They were calling me a 'he/she', and I was told I must be a fake person because I've had so much surgery. But it's not fair because the rest of the cast have had as much done, if not more! Being on the show has made me notice every flaw.
"I'm the oldest member of the TOWIE cast - apart from Nanny Pat, of course! I'm almost 30 now, so I think if I want to have a bit of Botox then I will, and if I want to have some liposuction done in a year's time then that's fine, too. I'm going to carry on having work done until I'm completely happy with my body because I think you should love the way you look."
Sims added that it "hurt" when Playboy claimed she had never worked for them, insisting that she did the Playboy Tour for six months in 2010.
