Wright, who recently had a boob job, said that she has been supporting Tweed through his recent tough times.
He lost his wife, Big Brother star Jade Goody, to cancer in 2009 and more recently pleaded guilty to common assault outside an Essex nightclub.
"There is nothing going on," she told Fabulous magazine. "He's a close friend - I supported him through all the Jade stuff."
Speaking of her co-stars, brother Mark and his fiancée Lauren Goodger, she added: "I think Mark will be faithful - once he put the ring on Lauren's finger, he'd decided to commit."
Jessica had previously said she doesn't think the pair will marry any time soon.
