The couple became engaged during filming of the ITV2 reality show's second series earlier this year, but have now called time on their ten-year romance.
Goodger has moved out of the couple's flat in the wake of the split, while Wright escaped his relationship troubles by jetting off on a trip to Marbella, The Sun reports.
A spokesperson for Wright stated to the publication: "He has no comment, except to confirm it is over."
However, the 24-year-old later addressed the break-up on Twitter, writing: "2 all who are asking i can confirm me and lauren have seperated. Thats all i can say now. She will always have a place in my heart. (sic)"
Goodger sparked rumours of her single status last month after she was spotted in public without her engagement ring.
She and Wright were said to be feuding over reports that he cheated on her with ex-girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh earlier in the summer.
"Pals thought this time the relationship would go the distance but it hasn't," a source commented.
Goodger and Wright have repeatedly denied accusations that their engagement was faked for the show, despite claims from several of their Only Way Is Essex co-stars that the couple never intended to marry.
