The TOWIE father and son duo are expanding their business empire beyond Brentwood nightclub Sugarhut, according to the Daily Star.
The Grand Hotel in Leigh-on-Seas, Essex will be turned into a TOWIE-themed hotel, restaurant and spa.
"We have been looking into it for some time now," Mick told the tabloid newspaper. "We want to turn it into a boutique hotel. Obviously it all depends on whether we get planning permission.
"I just think it is a beautiful building in a fantastic location in a high quality area."
Mick and Kirk will move into the new property and leave behind his Edwardian house in Bulphan, Brentwood, which has featured heavily in recent series of the ITV2 reality show.
Mick has come to the fore in the recent series of TOWIE thanks to a blossoming romance with co-star Maria Fowler.
