The Sugar Hut owner accused Wright of acting fake during his recent I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here appearance and claimed that the 24-year-old felt threatened by him when they worked together.
"Everyone is saying, 'Ah, Mark, he's really nice!' So he must have acted the whole way through [I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here]," Norcross told Star Magazine.
"I've never seen eye-to-eye with Mark because he's so competitive and sees me as a challenge.
"Mark's a good-looking guy but he's got a fat arse! Mark's an alpha male - he wants to shag everything and p*ss up every wall."
Norcross also suggested that he couldn't understand why Wright's ex-fiancée Lauren Goodger was still on the show, saying: "Her whole thing was based around Mark. I think it was her mistake - nothing against her - to focus around just one storyline."
On his own decision to quit The Only Way Is Essex, Norcross explained: "I reached my peak. I also felt I was becoming known as the fiery guy who would flare up, which isn't me.
"It's just weird how it got, with so many characters fighting for storylines. TOWIE is a great show, but I couldn't see what storyline I was going to end up with - I think I've quit while I was ahead."
Norcross has been linked to an appearance on Channel 5 show The Bachelor following his departure.
