Faiers recently met with Channel 5 bosses to negotiate a deal and rumours had circulated that she was planning to quit the ITV2 reality programme.
However, the TOWIE cast member admitted that she isn't ready to leave for another reality show - following the exits of Amy Childs and Mark Wright - and is looking forward to filming the new series.
"I see the rumours all the time. I'm not doing Big Brother, definitely not," Faiers told The Mirror.
"I did meet with the people and it was lovely to meet them. It was just getting a feel of what else is out there but I'm not ready to leave TOWIE yet so I'm not going on there."
Faiers continued: "We start filming series four of TOWIE on January 20, because next year they're doing four series, I think - there's been rumours. So they're doing it nearer in the New Year, whereas before we did it in June.
"I know what's coming in series four and it's still going to be really good. New characters, I can't really say too much. I want there to be a baby or a marriage, but who knows. Maybe Arg and Lydia will get married, that would be good."
Faiers recently announced that she will release her autobiography in 2012.
