Norcross left the ITV2 reality show after its third series in 2011 and went on to compete in Celebrity Big Brother.
However, Goodger has now said that the boyfriend of Jodie Marsh seems to "regret" leaving the stability of TOWIE behind.
"Some people left with big ideas but don't really have any work anymore," she told the Daily Star.
"I think they regret it. I spoke to Kirk Norcross the other day and he said he would love to come back on the show and do some scenes at the Sugar Hut."
On her own TOWIE future, she added: "[The show] is still on top so it would be wrong for me to leave, but it's not been easy with lots of new characters coming in. Things have definitely changed."
Norcross had been tipped to front a show with fellow Big Brother housemate Frankie Cocozza about "getting p*ssed and pulling fit birds", but the pair ended their 'bromance' in March.
