4pm - 5pm

4.00 Big Brother announces that all the housemates can now leave their respective bedrooms, having been kept in them for half an hour. Everyone goes back into the main area to see what has or hasn't changed, and Spencer thinks one of the locks on the doors has been altered.

4.01 Jade and Sophie go into the garden with Spencer; he asks the two how they are and Sophie asks him if he's 'had a nice sleep', with Jade noticing that he looks 'very fresh'. Kate comes outside too, and her and Jade cuddle over the fence, as Sophie applies some sun-cream and begins to sunbathe.

4.02 Jade and Kate talk about 'this morning', and Jade says that she's had to change her clothing about seveen times today. Inside the house, Adele says that she's had to change her top a fair few times too, and she observes that she will wear her bra as Jade asks her if she's 'hanging out'; she adjusts her bra clip.

4.04 Alex gets some margerine from the fridge and Jade gets a slice of ham to eat, while back outside, Spencer tells Kate to move out of the way as 'you're in my sun', while Alex looks at Jade speaking to Adele and says to himself, 'don't pass it over'.

4.06 Kate looks through one of the mirrors at the far end of the pool and says 'hello' to the cameraman she can see through it; she says that she doesn't recognise him, but it's not 'Smiler'. Kate, meanwhile, applies some sun cream and Spencer asks Adele what happened in the bedroom last night; she says that BB hasn't asked her to describe the events of last night yet, and Spencer says that he hasn't been asked about his views either.

4.08 Alex butters some bread buns in the kitchen, and Jade asks him 'is that it?'. Alex also says that he thought the rich house had more cheese than what they do have, as Jade goes to get a cheese knife as she can't cut the block with a normal one.

4.10 Outside, Tim says that he's getting tired as he can't sleep when the mini light in the bedroom is left on, and he also points out that he thought Alex had come out with a cheeseburger; 'where did you get that', he asks, and he says that when he was in Hong Kong with his rugby pals, all they ever ate was McDonalds. 'Now I can't look at it', he says.

4.11 The kitchen is empty, as Jade eats her 'burger' and Adele asks the housemates if they've ever been to McDonalds in Wall Street, New York, which has a piano player there and all the stock prices going across. Kate, meanwhile, continues to peer through the mirror, and Tim suggests that she ask him out; 'he was cute and had a nice smile', she replies as the cameraman closes the curtain.

4.13 After getting Spencer's advice, Kate empties the bottle of wine containing water over the garden patch, and Spencer takes another draw on his cigarette as Tim continues to sit on the outside table.

4.15 Tim says that 'I could watch a bit of Wimbledon now' as he incorrectly guesses that 'it's started now'; he says that he likes the event as it's on the TV all day, and Spencer says his favourite player is Venus Williams. 'Purely for tennis reasons I hope', says Tim.

4.17 Kate tells Spencer that she's been suffering from hay-fever, which she thinks has been brought on by the air conditioning inside the house; she also tells Tim that she's suffered it since she was sixteen. Jade says that she will drink alcohol later ('course I will') but she's giving her body a break for the moment, as Sophie declines Tim's offer of an ice lolly.

4.19 Sophie looks up to see why she can hear rustling; it's Tim opening his ice lolly wrapper. Alex brings some more out for the rest of the rich housemates, as Kate wipes down one of the mirrors; Spencer wonders why doesn't just sit down, and she does lay down on the sun lounger. She also asks Spencer 'daddy? Can I have egg and chips tonight if I'm good' in a babyish voice, and Spencer tells her to 'do what your mother says'.

4.21 Spencer tells Kate that he can't wait to become a father, as it'll be 'well wicked', and Kate says that she knew a family who the father walked out on purely because they had three girls; Spencer states that he'd rather have three daughters than three sons. Spencer also states that he doesn't want to have any sun-cream put on him, as 'the sun's about to go behind the cloud'; Kate tells him that it's factor 8, and he'll 'burn' if he doesn't have any on.

4.23 Kate gets her way, and puts some lotion on Spencer's face after Tim encourages him to have some on.

4.25 Alex gets up from the outside table and goes inside the house, as Kate puts some suntan lotion on herself; she talks with Spencer, but it's mostly censored.

4.27 Spencer says that he's going to get 'loads of pillows' to 'build up' the middle of the sunbed, as Jade sits in the lounge sucking her ice lolly; Spencer asks her if she's forgiven everybody today, which she has, and he also tells her 'it's a good job I'm not sensitive to athlete's foot, as I would've been really angry with you today'; he goes into the bedroom.

4.29 Spencer and Jade cuddle through the bars, and she says that 'I'm a plonker'; 'of course you are', Spencer replies, 'but everyone knows why; it's because you're a Larry'. Spencer also states that she smells of booze, but Jade says that she hasn't drunk today; 'why don't you just drink less?', he asks but she isn't sure if she can. Spencer also wishes his legs were more manlier, as Jade briefly goes into the bedroom but returns outside.

4.31 Jade tells Adele that she's got her foot cream from the doctor, which she thought 'excell-ent!'; Adele is oblivious to everything she's saying though, as Sophie points out that she's asleep on the sunbed. Alex wonders if there's any suncream going spare, and Kate tells Sophie that she should've put her bun under the grill a bit longer to toast it.

4.33 Kate tells Spencer that she was going to make a cup of tea for him but the water didn't get hot so she didn't bother; Spencer points out that tomorrow could be his last full day in the house, and he asks Kate to make him a fry up. He also tells Alex that 'it feels weird that loads of people around the country are voting for us to go'.

4.35 Spencer and Alex speak about the National Lottery scratchcard; Alex says that the most a friend of his has won is a tenner, and yet he plays every week, while Spencer states that 'you only get in debt' by playing them. Jade reveals that her mum's ex-boyfriend won the maximum prize of £100,000 once.

4.36 Sophie walks back to her sunbed carrying a carton of orange juice.

4.39 Kate and Spencer continue to chat, and it continues to be blocked out by E4. Sophie, meanwhile, gets up from her sunbed.

4.41 Again, there's no sound, as Jade pulls a 'shocked' face at something Kate says. Alex also reacts in a similar way.

4.43 Sound is restored at last, as Kate lays back down; Jade says that she 'agrees with her' about whatever it was she said, and Spencer again complains to Kate for hitting him around the head. 'I said sorry!', she says as Jade encourages the two to stop arguing.

4.44 Tim uses a pole to perform a mock-cricket shot; Jade mistakes it for a golf shot, and Tim says that he does play golf but not cricket. 'You're bored, aren't you Tim!', Sophie says, and Alex points out that it's only taken a couple of days in the rich house to do that.

4.46 Jade apologises to Adele for being 'insensitive', as Tim spots an airplane flying overhead and pretends to guide it in with the help of his stick; he also says that BB hasn't requested many people in for a chat today, and says that BB'll probably forget about them and leave them in the house when the series finishes.

4.47 Kate tells Spencer that he used to do a lot of boxing exercises, particularly where she had to do sit ups and throw hooked punches at the same time; she says that it was very tough, and Spencer bursts into a chorus of 'I Swear' by All-4-One. Kate says that 'that is a tune' and she snogged her second guy to that song in a disco in Sydenham; she says that she had her first kiss at the age of twelve, but didn't snog until two years later. Spencer says that he had his first kiss at the age of fourteen, and it was with a girl she was so scared to dance with; when she snogged him, he didn't know what was going on and nearly fainted, and she demonstrates the mouth movements he made.

4.51 Kate reveals that when she was twelve, a guy asked her for a 'Frenchie' and she didn't know what it was; before then, she was kissing like a 'goldfish' as she thought that was how it was done.

4.54 Everyone is still outside; Alex, Adele and Sophie are sunbathing, as Jade comes behind them to plaid Adele's hair. She goes back into the bedroom after she's finished to get another top to wear, and she takes her jumper off in the mirror.

4.55 Spencer does an impression of Kate, who's next to him; 'I'm going to nominate Jonny next week', he says in a high voice, 'and I'm going to nominate PJ, but don't tell anyone as I might get a strike!'. He also tells Sophie that she's been looking 'quite horny' over the last couple of days, as Jonny takes his T-shirt off.

4.57 Jade finishes changing in the bedroom, and she leaves it with her white top wrapped around her shoulders. Tim, meanwhile, has left the group to eat a biscuit at the table at the far end of the house; Jade asks Tim if he 'did the calendar' yesterday, but Sophie tells her she did instead. Tim also looks up at another plane flying overhead, and he sits back down after rinsing a plate he was using.

4.59 Tim itches his shoulder and looks generally bored; he chuckles as BB immediately calls him to the diary room.
