4pm - 5pm
4.02 Alex says that he and his family live in a little suburb north of London; 'Zone Six', he says in London travel parlance. He tells Tim and Jonny that he lives near Romford, as crowd noise is pumped in for no discernable reason; everyone outside gets startled by it.
4.04 Alex adds some whistles of his own to the crowd noise being played in, as Tim lays down on the top of the rich table outside, and inside the house, Jade tells Kate about a flat she rented in London a while back that she really couldn't afford to rent.
4.06 Tim rather surprises PJ outside by suggesting that David Beckham might play for Arsenal if he leaves Man Utd soon; 'that would be so wicked', PJ says but he's doubtful about the move considering the rivalry between the two clubs. Alex wonders if David Beckham's son will be a good footballer, and Tim suggests that one of the best sportsmen may be the son of Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi; 'he'll be a bit handy!', Tim suggests.
4.09 Alex sings the praises of Martina Navaratilova, and also says that he thinks Steffi Graf has a great body, which Tim agrees with.
4.12 As Jade and Kate continue to talk inside the house, outside, Alex practices some tennis strokes and serves; Jonny comes into the house, and says he's 'bored, bored', with Kate bemoaning the fact that the time's only half past four. 'We've got ages [until the task]', Jade says.
4.14 Kate wipes her face and eyebrows in the mirror, and says that she wants something to eat, as Alex continues to practice serving; Tim gives him tips to improve his technique. Jonny sits at the dining table as Kate and Jade begin to make bread dough; Jade complains that she's got bruises on her legs, while Kate re-enacts a scene that Whoopi Goldberg appeared in in 'Ghost'.
4.16 'That is so scary; how you know the words to most things', Jade tells Kate after she states the lines in the above scene word-for-word; 'I only know that', Kate says, but she goes on to perform another scene from 'Ghost'. Outside, Tim and Alex continue to talk about tennis, specifically the Gullikson brothers who played a doubles match with John Lloyd and a guy he can't remember; they had to abandon the match they played due to bad light when the score was 21-20.
4.19 Alex asks Tim if he remembers a player called Wendy Turnbull, and the 'Hippo' racket that Jo Durie used; he also mentions Sue Barker, and the fact that his mother used to like Chris Evert. The sound is censored as PJ brings up the incident where Monica Seles got stabbed on court.
4.21 Jonny comes outside to prepare the stove, as Kate kneads the dough with Jade doing some as well; they speak about the children's show 'Bodger and Badger', and Kate calls the dough 'a state'. Jonny comes back inside to give them some tips on how to knead the dough properly, and also to look for the soap powder.
4.22 Kate says that the fried chicken she ate yesterday brought her out in a few spots this morning, as Jade firstly proposes to put coleslaw in the bread, and then to make rolls; 'they won't cook!', Kate tells her as she proposes to have a big feast with the leftover chicken, chips and spare ribs from yesterday's meal.
4.24 Outside, Tim throws some gooseberries into the chicken coop, where Alex is; 'that bounced off Coalboy's head!', PJ notices as Alex tells them there are plenty of gooseberries in the coop already.
4.28 PJ and Alex have come inside the house, to play darts in the bedroom, while Jade makes her rolls in the poor kitchen; she takes extra care to 'crimp' the edges as Kate tells her she's 'knackered'. She tells Jade that her rolls look like ciabattas, but she concerned that they won't rise in the pan on the stove; Jade suggests that they put each one in separately.
4.30 As Kate gets herself a handful of flour to push her rolls onto, in the bedroom, PJ looks at one of Jade's photos from a few years ago and notices how big her front teeth look; he also says that he was told Jade looks more like her dad than her mum. Alex says he's missed the treble 1, and also that the board looks a bit blurry to him without his glasses on.
4.32 PJ claps his hands and clicks his fingers as Alex gets his treble 1, and Jonny comes into the bedroom; Jade and Kate finish their rolls and begin to clear up the excess flour on the table, with Jade suggesting that they should make a fruit loaf next. Kate washes up a bowl, and looks for two plates as Jade suggests that they make chocolate and banana bread.
4.34 Kate states that the rolls have to be put in the oven in half an hour, and then they'll make their chocolate and banana bread; she goes outside to sunbathe, as Jonny wonders where he's picked up all the fluff on his clothes and body from. 'It's these carpets!', he suggests.
4.35 As Jonny continues to wash his clothes in a big bucket of water, he tells Kate that she got some bad luck in the sun going behind a cloud when she came out to sunbathe; Jonny says that there should be a drain built into the garden in addition to the shower one. He rinses the water away and hoses the bucket clean, while Alex continues to play darts (albeit alone) in the bedroom.
4.37 Jade has come outside; Kate tells her that she'll be 'so gutted' if she stays on the poor side, especially if it's her last week in the house. Jade tells her that she won't, and also points out that 'it'll be a nice day tomorrow'; Jonny talks to PJ as he continues to clean up after washing his clothes.
4.42 PJ wonders why he 'keeps needing to go to the toilet', and Jade asks Jonny to drag one of the sunbeds over to her; 'I think I might be able to manage it on my own', he says after she offers her help. He wonders if he's rinsed his socks, but he decides not to do so again so 'they'll go crispy', while Jade says that the sun is right on her back.
4.44 'Thank you Mr Fireman', Jade says in a babyish voice after Jonny carries the sunbed over to her; she asks him to put it in the shade though, but eventually does it herself. Alex leaves the poor bedroom following his darts game, and stands at the divide, while Jonny returns to the poor bedroom with his satchel over his shoulder.
4.46 PJ sunbathes on the decking outside; he suggests that they have sausage rolls and hash browns when they get to the rich house, while Kate wants some crisps so she can do the 'Walkers crisp packet burning' trick. Jade says she wants some Nik Naks there, as Kate tells her that the pink tinted shades she's wearing don't actually protect her from the sun.
4.47 Jonny comes outside and states that he might put on the T-shirt he designed last week; 'go for it', says PJ as Kate rues the sun going behind the clouds. Jonny 'rocks' Jade on her sunbed, with Kate wondering why it doesn't hurt her head.
4.49 Jonny says that can all 'kick off' if they get on the rich side of the house next week, and Kate suggests they'll all play drinking games if they get there; Jonny sings the 'wibble wobble jelly on a plate' song as he notices Jade's boobs wobbling as he 'rocks' her, and he calls Kate and Jade 'geezer birds', which they dispute.
4.51 PJ tells Jade that she's 'done well today' for eating an apple and banana today; she says that she's had 'Jonny's banana today', with PJ providing a seedy whistle afterwards. Jonny calls Jade the 'biggest liar' in the BB house as she mentions all the junk food she's had today too, but he decides to lie on top of her on the sunbed regardless.
4.53 Jonny makes Jade and Kate laugh by saying 'breast' in a camp way, as Kate says she's hungry; she also says that she might nap for a couple of hours a bit later. Jade points out that Kate eats things in the house she doesn't even like, like the salted peanuts they had a few days ago.
4.55 Kate walks to the stove as Jonny lies down on the sun lounger she was previously on; Jade accidentally hits Jonny's genitals, and she covers her mouth as if to say 'I felt that!'. Jonny tells her to sing a song, and she sings 'The Riverboat Song' as she has all day; Jonny sings the bass notes with PJ to 'Stand By Me', but says he doesn't feel like singing the main part.
4.58 PJ sings the words to 'Stand By Me' rather off-key, while inside the house, Alex reads Tim's magazine through the divide bars. Jade joins in the rendition of 'Stand By Me', and she, PJ and Jonny applaud themselves; they sing 'Your Love Keeps Lifting Higher And Higher', and then 'Reet Petite' by Jackie Wilson.
