This is extended coverage to bring you the "time capsule" task and an email catch up. No emails sent after 17:00hrs will be read or shown.
To recap, for the task each of the five housemates has to provide:
A self-portrait
An item invaluable to them in the house
A sample of DNA (saliva, a hair or ear wax)
17:00 - 17:15
Stu and jason are sat at the table doing their self-portraits
The others are all getting theirs done in other unshown places.
Dan, Nadia and Stu get the bags to put their DNA in - Stu carefully cuts a single strand of hair.
Shell is sat on the sofa finishing off her portrait.

17:15 - 17:30
Dan has gone, again, to the DR to clarify about the DNA samples. He is still stood waiting for a reply.
Nadia suggests Dan puts the huge moth in as his item - he schnortles saying "I wouldn't say a moth was the most valuable item to me in the house!".
Shell is putting in a cotton bud as her special thing - she uses them for mascara.
Nadia is putting in a roll-up
Jason, some fake tan
I've missed what Dan and Stu's are.
Dan is still deliberating about the DNA.
Stu is singing "D- I- S- C- O" in preparation for tonight's reward - if ONLY he knew it was just a mask to cover a surprise eviction!
Shell is still unhappy aboutputting a hair in as her DNA - she doesn't seem to know that saliva gives just as much info. Dan however says that BB have promised that the DNA given won't be tested. Funny, don't they realise they have all probably left loads of hairs all over the house!
Dan wonders where they are going to bury it as there is concrete under the whole building, the grass only being an inch deep.

Snozzwangler: "I don't think they have a right to ask for their DNA, its a bit personal ..... too personal. I for once agree with Shell's moan!" I agree, but they don't realise they have all left their DNA around the house anyway if BB really wanted to know. I truely believe it won't be tested (I also believe the hair they were asked for before they went in was to test for drugs, but that's totally differnt). It's just in keeping with what you put in a "timecapsule" isn't it.
17:30 - 17:45
Having finished his contribution to the capsule Stu goes to the decking and continues shouting "Day 69!" (I might just slap him in a minute if he carries on!). He then moves on to the "DISCO" theme.
Daniel is called to the DR. Stu asks him to check about the hair.
Ironically Shell is complaining to Nadia about sending details to polling centres etc. and she doesn't like people knowing information about her that can be used without her consent - this is from someone who has voluntarily gone on a reality TV gameshow, been watched for 10 weeks 24/7 and had all her past digged into by the press and anyone who cares, having known that and so given her permission for it to happen!!!!!! Take a good look at what you are saying Shell!
Dan has returned from the DR with "pots" for the 'wet' DNA.
Dan puts all his items in a bag. Nadia checks that Stu has finished his stuff, worrying they only have 45 minutes to do the task. She however doesn't move from her supine position on the sofa where she smokes a ciggie. Dan ensures everything is in a plastic box.
The mood in the house has definitely lifted since the promise of a disco tonight.

17:45 - 18:00
Shell and Nadia are resting on the sofas whilst Dan struts his stuff, siging and acting out.
He goes to the kitchen and puts the kettle on - what a great idea!
Ohhh, you can carry on emailing now, but I just won't be putting them up, it'll pass on to the next reporter
Dan and stu talk about this years BB graphics - Dan says he loves them before the both break into falsetto and sing "we should be dancing, yeah!"
Stu wonders if they'll be given "normal amounts of alcohol" if the pass the task. Dan snorts and says he doubts it. They go silent.
Stu gets up and checks with Dan that they are now just waiting for the "capsule" before they can bury it somewhere in the garden.
Stuart carries on making noise (my blokie just rang and when I told him Stu was singing he said "is that what he calls it?")
He then sits drinking water in the sun, saying repeatedly "heatwave".
With all the housemates relaxing after their arduous task *cough* I think it's time for me to do the same!
