Sylvia: "I’ve got two children"

Housemates weren’t to be fooled last night when Sylvia pretended that she has two young kids.

The student said her daughter Suzanne was born on July 4, 2007, while son Henry was born exactly one year and one day earlier.

Luke said he didn’t believe her, but that he would apologise "profusely" if he was wrong.

Sylvia then found a moment to sneak away from the living area to bring Alexandra and Jennifer in on the deceit.

"Oh, I'm such a liar," she exclaimed to them in the luxury bedroom. “They don’t believe me at all because they don’t think I’m capable of having a child. You have to play along.”

Alexandra joked: “You are not capable.”

When Sylvia returned to the living area, she was met with questions about her children from Rebecca and Rex.

Luke chuckled: “The dad, get this, is called James Fox."
