Cross-dressing party gets underway

Mohamed and Rex collected a large cake iced with the words 'Happy Birthday Mohamed' and a hamper of beer and pear juice from the Diary Room as the cross dressing-themed party began.
Birthday boy Mo donned pink tights, a black skirt, a pink and green vest top, and an assortment of hair garments to dress as Kathreya, who had her skin darkened by Alexandra and her hair puffed to imitate Mo’s afro.
Dennis and Darnell swapped styles, with Darnell wearing a tight, sparkling t-shirt and a neck tie, while raising his voice a few octaves to imitate Dennis.
Rex and Rebecca dressed as each other and remained in character for the majority of the evening. Rex wore hair extensions while Bex had freckles drawn all over her face and arms, hiding her hair underneath a trilby.
Jennifer and Dale dressed as each other, with Dale saying that his eyeliner made him look "bog-eyed". Rachel wore a poncho and a straw hat as Michael, who wore a bikini and a floral skirt.
Despite earlier proclaiming that he would not compromise his "standards", Mario dressed as girlfriend Lisa, padding a bra underneath a yellow summer dress and pink hat while she wore one of his t-shirts.
Luke went against his own earlier refusals as he accepted Sylvia’s orange top, belt and tight-fitting cropped jeans. Sylvia, too, dressed up despite claiming she would snub the event.
Alexandra was the only housemate who did not dress up.
