Housemates excited about luxury budget

The housemates were excited this morning as they waited for the shopping list to arrive.
After passing this week's Japanese-themed shopping task, the group learned yesterday that they would receive a luxury budget, and they were looking forward to spending it.
Some of the housemates wondered whether they would still get the money for 15 housemates after Alexandra was removed yesterday. "It was 15 people when it happened so they should give us Alex's money," Luke argued. When the other housemates pointed out that someone would have been evicted on Friday, which would have left the group with 14 members anyway, they decided they would probably get the same amount as if Alexandra had still been in the house. "Bonus!" Luke replied.
Kathreya offered to cook the group a Thai meal tonight, while Rex said he would make apple crumble and rice pudding for desserts. Luke told some of the housemates in the luxury bedroom of the plan, and joked: "We can afford it. Alex is paying for tonight."
The group was also looking forward to buying alcohol, and it looked as if they would buy beer after Lisa noted that for 110 bottles of the drink, they could get only four bottles of wine.
Other housemates suggested that they wanted a variety of food including fajitas, cheese and ham toasties, chicken confit croquettes, strawberries, and peanut butter and tomato sandwiches.
