Stuart enters the Big Brother house

A new housemate entered the Big Brother house tonight.

Stuart, a property developer, joined the group as a replacement for ejected housemate Alexandra.

On his audition tape, he said that he has "hardly got any mates" because men don't like him, and admitted that he likes people asking if he is gay.

The 25-year-old, who has a five-year-old daughter, said he is "surprised" that he doesn't have seven children. He also said his friends think he looks like actor Jude Law.

The former nude model arrived at the Big Brother compound on a motorbike and entered the house to a mixed reception from the crowd. As he walked into the living area, Jennifer squealed while the rest of the housemates remained relatively quiet.

They soon began introducing themselves, although Stuart warned them that he would not remember their names. Rebecca and Luke said they had been waiting all night for something to happen, before the group began giving him a tour of the house.

"Welcome to the Big Brother house," Luke smiled.

Stuart will be immune from nomination this week to give him a chance to settle in.
