Sylvia and Stuart pretend to be an item

Since entering the house last night, Stuart said he had been the victim of a number of conspiracy theories regarding his relationship status with the girls in the house.
"People think we’re a couple," Stuart told Sylvia. "We should go along with that."
"That’s what I’m doing," said Sylvia, as Stuart wondered why the group had latched on to the idea that they were an item.
"It’s because you know each other," Jennifer pointed out, referring to the two-week "dry run" stint the housemates say they took part in together before the series began.
Later in the afternoon, Sylvia began the games as she announced that Stuart had given her a love token that she had brought with her into the house.
"Stu, didn’t you give me that teddy bear?" she said loudly in the luxury bedroom.
"Yeah," he answered, quickly catching on and playing along with the lie. "When you came up to Manchester."
