Rex overhears Dale bitching

Rex became enraged this evening after he accidentally overheard Dale talking about him to Jennifer and Dennis.

He said Dale had made a comment that the other two had agreed with, then looked shocked as he noticed that Rex was close enough to hear.

"I heard Dale being rude at me while I was lying on the grass," he told Kathreya, after explaining the situation to Rachel, Darnell, Mohamed and Stuart. "I was awake. I was looking at him through my glasses."

"I think he was having a laugh," suggested Stu. "He was probably laughing at me."

"Everyone reacts like it goes on all the time," Darnell said, sounding annoyed, while Kat said such comments upset her.

"I don’t really care," said Rex. "If they want to play the game, I’ll play them back."

"You’re better than that," said a concerned Kat.

Earlier, Rex had told Mohamed what had happened. "[Dale] just wants to be with everyone," he said. "He’s so scared of leaving. I’ve stopped saying anything in front of him. I know it gets out."

Mo wondered if Dale could be "the gossip" stirring trouble in the house, which Rex agreed with. "It’s like playing with little kids," he said.
