Rachel "gutted" over injury

The Big Brother doctor has ordered Rachel not to take part in the group's latest task, leaving the housemate "gutted".

She emerged from the Diary Room and told Mario and Lisa that her finger injury meant she would have to watch the treadmill dance routine from the sidelines.

She said: "I'm gutted, I really am. I'm gutted because I really enjoyed it and if I had my way I would be doing it, but I’m not going to argue."

Lisa said it was unfortunate that Rachel had hurt her hand in rehearsals and said she had given it her "best shot".

Housemates in the luxury bedroom were the next to hear, including stand-in Rex and choreographer Dennis.

Luke asked Rex if he was going to be ok because he was now under pressure to perform. Rex said that with Dennis as choreographer he would be fine.

Alone in the bathroom, Lisa said it was lucky that Rex was Rachel’s replacement. "Thank God we have someone who is confident and wants to do it," she said.
