Big Brother investigates spitting incident

As dust settles on last night’s spat, Big Brother has warned that the housemates might still face disciplinary action.

Dennis reportedly spat at Mohamed during a tense hour where coverage from the house was lost. As a result, the group was divided into the bedrooms while Big Brother called each housemate to the Diary Room to give a personal account of the evening’s events.

From these accounts, producers have said they will decide if further action is necessary, with an update to follow this morning.

A spokeswoman for the show said: "Around 12.45am a verbal argument took place between a number of housemates. During that argument Dennis allegedly spat at Mohamed.

"Big Brother immediately intervened and separated the housemates into their bedrooms, where they will remain until the morning," she told The Sun. "Big Brother is currently talking to each of the housemates individually and reviewing the situation before deciding if any appropriate action is required."
