Sylvia and Stu 'had pre-show fling'

A show insider has claimed that Sylvia and Stuart hit it off romantically and even canoodled in the house during a trial run for the series.

"Stu and Sylvia were explosive," they told the Daily Star. "They had a full-on fling and ended up kissing passionately.

"Producers insisted they should be put in the main programme. We were hoping for the romance to blossom - and by the way she is acting, so did Sylvia! But Stu isn’t having any of it. We fear he realises just how unpopular Sylvia has become and doesn’t want to be tainted by it.

"Viewers must think Sylvia is a lunatic, the way she’s stalking him. But you can’t blame her for thinking they were going to pick up where they left off.”

A spokesperson for Big Brother has denied the allegations, saying: "Following Stuart’s entrance, Big Brother informed viewers, via voiceover, that Sylvia and Stuart had met. There is no romantic history between them."
