Stephanie, Chanelle feud rumbles on

Evicted Big Brother 9 star Stephanie McMichael has continued her war of words with last year's contestant Chanelle Hayes.

Stephanie was recently blasted by Chanelle after she vowed not to follow in the footsteps of the glamour model.

"Chanelle is clearly on the prowl for a fight because she doesn't like me," Stephanie told the Daily Star. "I just said you would never catch me posing with my boobs or bum out - it's not something I would do.

"Anyway, I actually have a talent. I have been vocally trained since I was nine and intend to use that to carve out a career for myself, rather than rely on exposing my body."

McMichael also mocked Chanelle for her fascination with Victoria Beckham and her flop pop single 'I Want It'.

"Unlike some, I am not obsessed about being someone I'm not and copying someone else's style, from their hair to their clothes," she explained. "Music is actually more important to me than the modelling and I hope that, when I release my first track, it'll do better than 63 in the charts. It helps that I can actually sing!"

Responding to her rival's latest comments, Chanelle said: "Her two seconds of fame must be up if she feels she has to use my name to stay in the limelight. Steph's the one who started all this, after all. I'm very happy with my life and career and I don't need to hang on anyone's coat tails to do well."
