Darnell costs group its musical task

Darnell got on the wrong side of Big Brother this afternoon and cost the rest of the group a task.

Earlier today, the housemates were asked to gather on the sofas and Darnell was called to the Diary Room.

When he returned, he insisted that he had simply been reprimanded for talking about nominations the previous day but the group immediately became suspicious.

"You’re such a bad liar," Luke said.

He had in fact "dissed" Big Brother and cost the rest of the group another chance to play their instruments in a musical task, according to the Channel 4 website.

When Big Brother explained that during the task the housemates must play the same instruments, he interrupted: "No, no,no. We can't. We're going to switch instruments no matter what. You don't have to give us a token."

He went on to insist that the group do not care about tokens and told Big Brother that he would "have to compromise".

Big Brother then cancelled the task, saying: "You've let the House down. You've let yourself down. Most importantly, you've let Big Brother down."

Darnell then returned to the living area under the pretence that he had been told off in the Diary Room.
