Bex's mum hits out at "bully" Rex

The mother of Rebecca Shiner has hit out at Rex Newmark, telling The Sun that the chef is "bullying" her daughter about her weight.

Sandra Shiner told the newspaper: "In effect he's actually bullying her but no one seems to have picked up on it."

The pair fell out during the row which saw Dennis McHugh ejected from the house for spitting in Mohamed's face. Rex has since made comments to Rebecca about whether she "needed" more biscuits.

Rebecca's mum insisted that her daughter does not have a weight problem, saying that she is "happy with her size 12 bottom and busty top".

Sandra, 50, also hit out at Bex's friend Jennifer, who was evicted last week, when she explained that "bad company" was to blame for Bex's "bitchy behaviour".

"I don't think she should have been hanging around with Jen," she said. "She suckered Rebecca in because I've never heard her bitch like that before."
