Lisa: "The pressure is off"

Lisa told housemates tonight that life as a couple in the Big Brother house was not all rosy.

She said people had feared her and Mario as they were perceived as being more powerful as a duo. Darnell had earlier revealed that he believed the only reason Mario faced eviction was because he was part of a pair.

"People think we might influence each other’s nomination," Lisa noted, as she spoke with Luke and Rebecca in the luxury bedroom.

She said Mario had endured a difficult stint in the house, exacerbated by the secret couple task in the first week and some people's unwillingness to muck in around the house.

"His head must be battered," she said, before reminding herself that he was ready to leave and was looking forward to seeing his kids.

They agreed that Mario had become stressed, leading to Luke's suggestions that Lisa only has to worry about herself now.

He said: "It is not as if he is dead, you will see him again."

Lisa agreed, and said that the pressure was now off.
