Belinda sobs after bike ride

Belinda emerged from the cycling room sobbing and out of breath this evening after riding for the required 30 minutes on the bike.

Stu and Lisa supported the 44-year-old as she stumbled out of the room where the Housemates from Hell are carrying out their task.

She was sobbing violently and breathing heavily as Lisa directed her to sit down.

Kat said: "You did very well, Belinda."

Belinda collapsed on the sofa and gasped: "Jesus! That was the hardest thing I've ever done."

Stu offered some words of encouragement, saying: "Well done, Belinda, you've done it now."
