Housemates make "secret" pudding

Some of the housemates made a "secret" dessert this evening.

Following a chat with his friends from Hell, Rex asked how much milk they had left.

"We could make a secret bread and butter pudding," he suggested. "Just for us."

After asking where the "heathens" were, he taught Kathreya how to make the custard for the dish, but warned her that if the mixture got too hot it would turn into scrambled eggs.

However, when it was taking a while to cook, he told her to turn the heat up and she let the custard boil. "You're not a very good chef, Kat," he laughed.

The group also had problems with the meringue Rex made for the topping, as there wasn't enough sugar. "It's so eggy!" Rex worried, warning that it would not go crispy.

Sara and Lisa discovered the plot when they entered the living area. Lisa asked if the pudding was for everyone, but Rex replied: "No, just for the people in this room. So not the luxury bedroom."

When the dessert was finished, the group was unimpressed. "It's horrible!" laughed Rex, while Lisa sighed: "It just reminds me of egg on toast."
