Mikey: 'Nicole wants Rex for his money'

Mikey told Lisa this morning that he believes Nicole is only going out with Rex for his money.

The pair sat in the living area as they discussed the year-long relationship between the student and the restaurateur.

"Rex harped on about his girlfriend non-stop but all they've done since she's arrived is bicker," Mikey said.

"It's because he's too controlling. I don't know how she puts up with it," Lisa responded, and went on to describe a similarly controlling man that she had once dated.

"It's the credit card," Mikey told her. "She's such a selfish person herself."

The twosome went on to agree that Rex has a "likeable side" but that the group is seeing less and less of it.

"He's definitely a control freak," Mikey said. "He wouldn't even let me peel a potato last night."
